Well no shit. I suppose a car broken down alongside the road wouldn’t be considered road worthy either. How about a boat sitting in storage. Would it be ready to go out on the water? Come on man. This is all bullshit and you know it. That car that’s gets the needed repairs will be road worthy, right? These planes that get their maintenance will then be air worthy right? The refrigerator that needs a compressor and gets it will be in working condition, right? Doesn’t take a genius to figure this out.
