So you say the only choices are accepting China's bad behavior or shooting American consumers in the foot until China sees enough blood to improve their behavior.

China has significantly improved since the 90's w/ currency manipulation, IP protections, lower tariffs etc.

All of that improvement magically happened w/o Trump's tariffs & has now stalled.
