Yeah, I don't think it honestly matters one way or another.

When people keep touting how "insiders bought higher!" they're making it seem like they overpaid by 3,000% on purpose relative to the share price at the time. That's not the case. They paid what the price was at the time of the transaction. Same as we would. If Jody decided to buy 10,000 more shares today, he'd pay $0.0228 for them. It's as simple as that.

People are making it sound like they just up and decide to pay more than the stock was worth at the time they bought it and that's some great sign of things to come.... They didn't. Nor would they. They bought it for what it was trading for at the time they bought it.

Insiders buying can be a good sign of confidence. It's enough without some folks on here trying to make it sound like something it isn't.

The fact that they shelled out a decent amount of money for shares when they were at their highest should be seen as a good sign that they have confidence. But insider buying is not in and of itself a surefire sign of success.

There's lots of good DD on here that should give someone confidence in their investment and the direction of the company. The pending deal, the AG trial coming to an end this fall, the impending quarterly report which should show higher revenues than ever, their expansion into new hospitals, etc...

The price at which insiders bought their shares is rather low on the list in my humble opinion.
