If the Allan Gillis and Family own 219MM and we take away Allan Gillis' total of 58MM that leaves 161MM held by the family. Dividing Jerry Casilli's holdings of 142,052,756 by 6.1%, I come up with 1% equal to 2,328,737, I get 6.9% held by the Gillis family, which is above the 5% threshold and it should appear on the list. IMO

The shares held by the Gillis family should not be included in the company stock float.

Also, "Number of shares in the Public Float' as shown on page 2 of 2,325,220,850 is incorrect because it does not take into account that the Officers, Directors and Investors holding over 5% would not normally trade on the open market. If I calculated the Public Float correctly it should be 1,572,498,440.
