A R/S will not solve the problems VPOR has. The best that bag holders can hope for is that the SEC cancels the billions of illegal shares that were accumulated by the crooks and someone can salvage something out of VPOR.
The present CEO along with the majority shareholder, whom also controls WLAB, continue the same BS, selling products to themselves and making out like it (VPOR) is bringing in revenue. Write it off folks. There are other legitimate MJ companies with products on the market that are bringing in revenue. However, OTC markets are risky, as anyone following the industry already knows.
