In my last post the 8K stated that Ontario agreed to buy shares on July 12, 2019 of PCT at .04 per share that is payable upon completion of the deal but will have to pay .08 cents per share for additional shares.

The point? Companies do not offer a deal like this when the PPS is half to a quarter of the value that they are buying shares at to companies that aren't very attractive to them. PCT is being courted by multiple companies.

If we've done or DD we know why.
