Delgado is an idiot if he thinks it's possible to "resolve" a Motion to Dismiss that has been Granted. That Stickied Court Decision worked in Rontan's favor. GDSI was allowed a short window of time to Amend their Original Complaint. That, in itself, is not a resolution.

The burden of proof is now on GDSI. The jury will determine the only resolution that matters.

All of the Motions to Dismiss have been resolved in the company’s favor.
