I think the first step should be give back shareholders voting rights.
Let us vote on a board of Directors, then a CEO...Then we talk about whats best for the company.

Not going to happen. Everything Calabria has said points to full recap before release, meaning that current shareholders won't have any vote until after whatever dilution happens, happens.

Even Calabria's "2024" comments don't point towards release before recap. If FnF were recapped before then he would have no reason to keep them in conservatorship.
