Thanks for the update Luna Tic. Question is did XPHONE complete the RM prior to the SEC implementing the revamp. Judging from their responses (SOON) to our inquiries about filings ,they may be caught between the old and new filing requiements, thus the extended delay in the filings. Could be they may rethink their plans and pullout of the merger.
