Posted summary of the news, not every article. It was to show what SIPC announced and stated was signed, sealed and delivered, yet never happened.

If they did this over and over, I would expect share holders to hold the feet to the fire. Ted should step down as he was useless in almost 4 years of non-stop PRs. Ted and his buddy perfected the PR machine but forgot they were to turn on the beer machine.

JMHO and please look at past Prs and what they said were signed and contracted.
