Per lazar filings....

Trdx float is 270 million...... if you compare

that to the crappy dilutive otc, that's low...

if you compare it to lazars other shells, it's

on the high side.... if you compare it to

lazars pfms... may be equal to pfms,

especially with the volume of pfms over

the last month.... but we won't know for

sure til pfms filings out
