If CYDY is toast so is RP. It would be in the best interest of all parties to quickly settle this and come to a median. This suit was expected in away. Remarking that we are toast is not giving the company a fair chance to defend itself. We are innocent until the facts in the docket are proven true. I disagree.

He is ONLY suing for $1.3M :-), Pestell has many CYDY shares and doesn't want to "shoot himself in the foot".

Not by any means the end of the world, he wants to "resign from the Company for Good Reason" and get paid salary till November 2021 and any bonuses he would have obtained.

That's it.
