Hindsight is 20/20, and I invested too much in $USRM. I believe that the FDA overstepped in their suit.

There is much evidence that something powerful wants to bring an end to this company. IMO those forces only grow stronger at the appellate level. So I don't see any relief for $USRM to return to their previous business model.

$USRM must pivot to a business model that conforms to the FDA, and/or conduct business outside the USA, out of the reach of the FDA.
