I didn't see it as "trying to make a case", I saw it as a possible inside info report, which is quite possible, since certain contacts might be in a position to report what is forthcoming from a slow to disseminate info court. That sort of thing occurs all the time, sometimes correctly & sometimes not. But not something to laugh off out of hand. After all, he was right, for years, in predicting the outcome of this case which deserves some credit.
