Question for you. Just like the old LOI with Magnolia company where they had to issue a retraction stating the deal is null/void. Wouldn't PCTL have to do the same for Ontario. I guess my point is at the moment there is no retraction of the Ontario LOI. So they are still working the deal?

I am an amateur to this. And this is my first situation like this. So i am asking to learn.
