people keep talking about a federal go on MJ. The houses of congress are no where near to cooperating on anything and the southern states(old south) will not be told what to do by the feds. Getting banking to open their doors and the addition of more states will happen first, but the feds still have to move it from schedule one..and the big Pharm boys have all kinds of money to keep that from happening and are glad to keep greasing the pockets of both sides of the isle. Plus if the Dems win both houses, the front runner Biden has never said a word about legalization at the federal level, in fact he was one of the guys who put the draconian laws into effect back in the 90's. America is not Canada....sometimes that's too bad.
I wish I had a ROTH, my daughter has a ROTH with CGC in it. My CGC is in a SEP IRA. But to the point, I am just going to sell my weed sector stocks at that time not actually withdraw them, so no tax implications. Now if you had just a regular trading account then you would have a tax issue. That is going to be my sons issue if he follows my lead when the time comes.
