IMO , and having watched this, elements to move DEVM

a. An SEC Filing that includes words like Marriott, Franchising
future projects , Boustead supported offering for financing (non
toxic)

b. share structure.. Mr JDP it HAS TO CHANGE ... we need the old
LCTZ 19 million plus to GO AWAY in some format or into DEVM , aka
via DK Acquisitons , Boustead offering for units or something to that
effect. The Legal side PAA Law had addressed this in each disclosure
and update ... these folks are long gone and SEC rule 144 will come into
play in some format .. when this happens watch out

c. A PR with timelines and future projects .. can happen now

d. Assets.. DEVM is a shell.. however it controls the projects and
has first right of refusal.. that is an asset

e. It all revolves around Ground Prep at the EDGE Project.. get those shovels in the ground .. needs support and financing.. the time has come with the St. Pete Vantage Lofts in last phases.

When the SEC and PR comes out , with the shares back into DEVM in some format from the LCTZ folks that are no longer around it WILL CATCH the ATTENTION of many who use these elements as the basics in OTC stocks.
