There is no such thing as float dilution. Traders aren't stupid they know dilution is taking place. SMH this POS has massive debt linked to convertible preferred shares.

ARCA, OTCX, GTSM, CDEL, and NITE all known dilutors

48 million shares have traded and the ASK has gone up. The no dilution theory is complete bullshit!!!
