Indeed, acquiring this new headquarters was one of the most beneficial things they have done to date. Remember we are still on the hook, for $230K a year for rent at the old place until late 2020. But they are renting part of the space to someone for revenue of $120K a year. So whatever they did there, that was a nice partial offset to the $230K.
I sent them an email about renting out their unoccupied space as soon as they announced the new location purchase. They obviously were on top of that.
