He hasn't stopped the downward momentum in 2 years. The SP is down 99.99%. It is by design. He wants to flood the market with notes and have them all convert by the time it hits .0001 - then he will RS 2000:1 - get SP to 0.20 with 2.5MM OS - then run it from there - all the while him and Garett hold 77% of the equity. Essentially, they stole all of their shareholders money - except the lucky few who never bought until now. The tragedy is those shareholders are the people that loyally bankrolled the company through tough times. The problem with that is the SP would need to be $20 for this to even be .01 (pre-split). Almost everyone loses here - as Steve and Garett get rich.
