Great-update! PCTL's rolling in growth-&-revs, wanted-better-deal!

Ontario is countering an offer from PCTL, PTCL must feel they can go it alone if needed. But needed the deal amended to account for current growth and deals and pipeline. I imagine they signed a mega deal. IMO no inside info

I suspect, due to their recent significant growth with new accounts and revenues, perhaps they can now finance whatever debt they have, remember that is a big part of the deal, therefore they need the deal adjusted, sweetened , with a lot more sugar, so they benefit from growth.

PCTL is a new company rolling on the money train to Profitsville!
