100,000 x $3000(conservative estimate) per liter is $30,000,000.

With $120 million in revenue if that’s correct then with an OS of 500 million this should easily see at least .25

And that’s not factoring in a multiple to earnings

If this is a positive cash flow company and profitable then $1+ is not unrealistic

Of course this is assuming minimal dilution and that the deal actually goes through

So why would a legitimate company work with CDIX? Lots of debt and no real business- good at pumping the price up tho!
