Count, I share your pain. I've tried for the last three trading days to effect a trade through Scottrade on SFNN. I'm hoping that things change tomorrow. If not, I'll put in an offer via their broker for an "even penney" amount. In other words, I'll have to put in a buy at $.04, $03 or $.05 bcse they will not allow you to put in a buy at a fraction of a cent (.032).

Scottrade these days makes you put an order by phone whenever any stock gains more than 100% in a day. It's all the stocks that gain over 100%, not just SFNN. They do this to protect the regular investors from daytraders and their pump tactics. Daytrader rarely call in their order because they normally buy and sell the same day after a pump/hype etc. However, since SFNN is trading by fundamental, and since it is not a hyped stock, I would take the effort to call and make the order if I were you.
