Regardless - a new strong base in the .0015ish range is huge considering we were trips just last week. And tons of the OS has turned over into stronger hands over this week at .0015-.0022. Not to mention most position holders already sold off for profit and the rest they are riding free for higher levels. This will be .003 over the next 2 weeks without news.
