Form 15 is a termination of registration form. Suspension of reporting is an option within that form. It all falls under the process of deregistration.

Got chu! Much appreciated as always. I will peruse the information link you've provided. I hope I don't discover that they not going to be reporting for another 5-100 years. I was kind of looking for them to report in 12 to 24 months and then get the payoff we were all expecting. It seems the maneuvering they're doing is contrary to the aspirations of the company in the email responses most of us have received, to the untrained eye. But perhaps it's the quickest way possible to get to there priorities. I generally use a lawyer for that type of paperwork. The crappy part is we're not sure if this is months or years away. I know you have been waiting years and must be nauseous over their process.
