Yeah right. SO when do JCPQ bagholders get to cast sham votes for the inevitable reserve split? Im guessing 1 for 25. They will want to pump it back over $10, even if only for a couple days before the final crash to 0 and chapter 7.
I say sham votes because your corrupt BOD is going to ram it through no matter what the actual vote is.
NYSE 'could' take action at any time if JCPQ ignores the inquiry.
