#6220 RE: PayDirt! #6219

Re:Question about PR. I under line two points. Is he trying to tell us because we're (JMCP) giving you a dividend worth almost three times the worth of JMCP in ONYI stock ( stock that can't be traded for a year or two) that they may deem JMCP worthless?
If this is so, then on one hand you gain alot of $$, but on the other you can't do anything with it. And it may go down. Any thoughts??

Moffitt commented, "On a less positive note, with this dividend passing value up to shareholders, the soon-to-be-former JMCP will be losing some of its intrinsic value. It has a future that is uncertain. We will announce our plans for it after they have been determined. Overall this is an outstanding reason to give thanks: the dividend will make your net worth go up. However, if you have short-term investment intentions, you should use discretion. Also, shareholders should be advised that if they sell their stock before the execution date, which is yet to be determined by the NASD, they would not get the dividend. In that light, we hypothesize the trading volume to be short-term investors selling while long-term investors are buying. We're happy to gain long-term partners and accommodate the exit of the short-term market players. I hope all shareholders find us worthy of their continued partnership. I will continue to work diligently to care for OUR new company, ONYI.

Very good questions. If you notice the part you underlined said it will lose *some* of it's intrinsic value but he didn't say all. I take that to mean that they will use the old stock for other stuff I would imagine. But then again I don't wanna speculate to much because I don't know a whole lot either about what is going to happen. It will make JMCP less liquid meaning less volume/buyers but I don't believe it will become completely worthless. By giving us the restricted dividend it not only protects the share price and us as shareholders but it also will make it a lot easier to make NASDAQ min. listing requirements because people can't dump causing the price to drop. Once everything is transfered to ONYI and after the name/symbol change then I believe it will start attracting a lot of bigger investors causing the share price to sky rocket. Once the dividend is paid it will help it increase as well. I believe we will see atleast $3 if not more before the end of the first quarter next year. Also if they go to NASDAQ pretty fast then they may decide to give us more shares just for NASDAQ that will be unrestricted. So if things go great the restriction may be way less then planned. If that makes sense. Just my opinion.
