There is not "much talk about how wonderful vplm is", there is only a very little of that. That vast majority, for a long time, sees how bad this stock play is. About 10:1 ratio. And Mr market obviously sees it 100%. And as usual, all the hype did nothing for the price, a tiny bump & immed right back to where it was at about 1.1 cents. The hype has long (years) since failed to be effective. Only the HUGE WHOPPER could even think to push the price up significantly. And it would have to be humongous..
