Check cashing prepaid cards have been servicing lower income communities for years and years...tax returns and other funds get automatically deposited days earlier than mail... Surg is just another copy cat...they come and go and Surg junk will fail like everything else has...from Token Spinner to Surg money orders...etc etc...all junk!
