Yep it's a bull shit lawsuit.

Not uncommon when you own a legitimate business and happened to me a couple years back. Brought against me by a company that I did a lot of work for.

They spent a ton of money trying. Then simply went away. When I asked my attorney why they even attempted the suit (it was obvious they didn't even have one) She told me that attorneys do it all the time.

Somebody comes in their door thinking they have a suit, and even though the attorney knows there's nothing there? They'll still take the idiots money to file and pursue it till the idiot realizes that they're being hosed by their own attorney.

The delicious part is that they spent so much hoping for their big jackpot that they ended up having to shut their doors.

What was even sweeter though was seeing their attorney's name in the newspaper where he was prosecuted and convicted for mortgage fraud and ended up owing some big bucks.

I just went and pulled his name up on google and had a good laugh again.

CELZ will win their suit easily.
