Those cards have been around for years and years...be careful..lots of copy cats like surge have less options then top cards like Brinks etc...all free and even have reward point and mobile apps...just google it and see Surge copy cat visa is junk
Correct, but more importantly, these cards are for those who are underbanked or cannot get the type of VISA or AMEX that connects to our phone. It is literally allowing Millions who cannot do that create a bank account that allows them to pull money from ATMs and send money to relatives. Many are seriously underestimating the impact of this card on revenues for Surge.
