Pathetic indeed. After catching up on filings last year and going current again, then last September the company filed an NT-10K for a fifteen-day filing extension on its annual report for the period ending 6/30/18. But then they never filed the 10K. Since then only two 8-K's, the last one being last December. And nothing since.
