I disagree in that you claimed it is a fact and proves a scam. I have posted that nobody knows the facts. There is no proof.

The only thing that the "default" indicates is that filing fees have not been paid. If the entity was not used or is no longer being used, this proves absolutely nothing.

Show me where I am wrong and thanks for agreeing that I was correct with respect to "par value."
