Right or wrong, insider selling usually has a downward bias on share prices. Here, unusually, Sandgaard has posted the prices where he'd sell (like above $11.10 or something like that) Market makers (MM's) usually take stock prices to where volume trades, so I'd look for a rally attempt and we'll get a look at where some of the other short sellers have set up camp. I think Zynex will have trouble putting in a sustained rally until they get Sandgaard out of the way.
