I don't believe upper management can buy their own shares, but Jason Nielson may want to get his portfolio back up into the 100 to 150,000,000 share count. Maybe he has to file to do so, but what about his wife or friends. Also, other friends of the families that work there, or not work there. that live in the area or elsewhere? I'm not so naïve to believe that does not happen, and who should care anyways. Maybe that's insider trading, someone clarify for me, please.

Au contraire...management was very pro-active this year with its multitude of positive tweets and bi-weekly press releases. Normally these communications would have had a positive impact on the price of the stock. However, their frantic attempt to finesse their non-production of long-anticipated financials on April 1 adversely impacted their credibility. Consequently there resulted a negative correlation between the tweets/press releases and the price of the stock. Nothing they published had a positive bearing since April. I imagine they asked themselves the following: "why bother putting out anything."
