The political pressure has never been higher

2020 is an election year

Both Trump and Mitch are on the chopping block

And both need the rural vote and the farmers vote

Congress federally legalized and completely descheduled CBD derived from Hemp

Both Repubs and Dems strongly agree on unleashing CBD

There is no real safety issue here

This isn’t MJ

This isn’t THC

The pressure is on the FDA to legalize some form of CBD

And CBD isolate is the safest formulation by a country mile and the only formulation with decent safety data

Everything is setting up for FDA to legalize CBD Isolate and punt THC and the other cannabinoids found in Hemp back to Congress

I expect Mitch will put together legislation to free the entire hemp plant and all of its cannabinoids in 2020

But in 2019, the story is going to be the FDA’s national legalization of CBD isolate in the food supply and dietary supplements

October is the month when the FDA says their framework and recommendations are coming out

I think we may see some anticipation in September once the summer doldrums are over

I’m super focused right now and ready to see my investment in CBD Isolate soar soon

Mitch and Scott are going to bring this home for all of us

The FDA is going to wind up being a hero to the CBD Isolate industry

Everybody else is going to be cursing their existence
