How can a shell company sell shares? The R/S needed to happen. The road to $5 per share is much easier attained after the R/S. The companies goal, as stated in the filing, is to achieve a share price greater than $5 to bypass restrictions that many financial advisors and institutional investors have. Many institutions and advisers have restrictions on recommending or purchasing stocks under $5 as they’re often classified as speculative. You and this other guy are sitting and complaining because you believe you missed out on a short term run. It’s laughable to say the least. Either sell your shares and leave or sit back and enjoy the ride.
