Many institutions and advisers have restrictions on recommending or purchasing stocks under $5 as they’re often classified as speculative. You and this other guy are sitting and complaining because you believe you missed out on a short term run. It’s laughable to say the least. Either sell your shares and leave or sit back and enjoy the ride.
