That contract with 'University of Penn' most likely stems from Michael W. Fountain's patent application for nanoparticle liposomes that can take their therapeutic compounds and deliver them wherever they need to go in the brain.

Chief Scientist, Michael W. Fountain PhD, has licensed his patent to directly tackle this specific deficiency in medical application and medications.
