I agree, why do this unless they aren't looking to do a deal with another party or if no one to date wants to do a deal? Why even entertain more dilution, especially with the share price so depressed?

I understand they will eventually need more working capital, but they just did an offering. Maybe they want to show potential investors they can raise working capital if they need to? That's all I can guess.
