Zion Oil does things that are hard to prove. It's hard to send anyone to jail over a photo of a Zion Oil ball cap and jar of oil, two weeks before they announce a dry well. As well as all the other things they have done. I mean stop and think, 100 barrels a day of "fluids" and a 34 cent stock price? Who would fall for that and think MJ#1 was anything other than a dud? And yet, they do, and are willing to pay Zion Oil 20 million to do a "2-year" 3D seismic test in the very same area (as a dry well)!
However, this time it may be different. Already being investigated for accounting irregularities, secretly awarding a multi-million dollar contract to yourself and hiding your connections to that absolutely goes to intent. Before, they could have claimed just an error in accounting. I'm sure the authorities are following the money as I type this, and it's not going to lead to a good place.
