I can say this from experience the partner/ buyout theory . Is always a possibility and used quite often in biotech world with development companies . As a pump tactic. I see nothing different here. The facts are they need a lot of money just to get it approved. They have screwed us every time . If I miss something oh well it wouldn't be the first play I missed. I would rather wait for some transparency.
