I believe the financials will be OK.The above is not the case.Always said with penny stocks. GRNH has a history of late financials, don't think there is a problem.Just the way it is with many pink sheet companies, since they are not bound by the SEC reporting requirements.

No reason why GRNH wouldn’t. No news is good news. Bad news would have already came.

Actually, it is the opposite. Good news would be released as soon as it can. Bad news a company will tend to delay releasing it.
Either way i do not believe late is a problem. Anticipating an improved income statement.
