I just use the Level two here on Ihub, its 50 bucks for the month, but pays itself in one deal otherwise you have no clue what is going on or how the bids are sitting to move.

I use l2 through TD Ameritrade. Not the best, but it comes with the platform. There are far better options out there but nothing you *have* to pay for as long as you can see all the bid/ask's close to current price.
