Man, are reading fundamentals a thing of the past or what?

I. was. not. saying. this. will. happen.

I was saying it is perfectly normal for a company to file an NT 10-Q.

The only time to worry is when ANY COMPANY files an NT 10-Q and the deadline passes with no financials filed.

That is a sign of a company going dark and unless you're willing to wait, several years, you may lose everything invested.

Once again, this was NOT a claim that it's going to happen with BFCH.
