Honestly it doesn't even matter. The AS doesn't decide how a stocl trades. The Float does. And of the last filing by Lazar, the float is 15 Million. That's the important number here. EORZ has a 450 Million OS and ran to 8 cents from dubs when they got their merge in. And whether it's right or wrong on the AS for CXCQ, you have to go by the transfer agents numbers which were updated yesterday. A company can file any amendment they want to NVSOS but until it's put through by the transfer agent and updated on the OTC, it's not actionable.
