Doubt it. This Quarterly would cover the time period ending in June of this year so it would likely be before the deal and any influx of cash or dilution, etc.
In short, if it's just a regular 10Q, it shouldn't show anything substantial except (we hope) a small-medium increase in revenue of the three months in Q2.
Could be wrong and happy to be proven as such, but I wouldn't expect a bombshell report out of the 10Q.
