Please at least read the officials prs the company put out.

Anyway, this is a spin off, soma will be restricted and will be quoted 'soon' on an exchange (perhaps the frankfurt exchange).

This is not a cash dividend.

That much we know for a fact.

"What is the pay date of 12/15?"

This is the date you will see the SOMA shares in your account.

"Is that when SOMA hits some exchange?"

We don't know when SOMA will hit the exchange. we do know that SOMA intends to file for an exchange by Nov 30 2006(per last PR)

"Could we sell SOMA on that date or is divident restricted, just like warrants"

The dividend is restricted for 4mths as well(it appears) as the warrants.
