I'm asking that question elsewhere. Why do 9 out of 10 Microcrap scams incorporate in Nevada? Answer: Because they can get away with anything.

The original articles of incorporation allowed for an annual meeting to be held 05-May every year. Maybe that got changed or eliminated in the subsequent merger(s). Now stir in the fog of Nevada corporation law, and things get... foggy.

I can't argue with the lack of filing their long awaited IND to date. And hopefully fresh news flow and material developments are approaching over the near term horizon as I too am very impressed with all the studies/tests to date on their pancreatic cancer treatment.
