Nice post Thomas and 100% correct. What happens when PRED goes to the Nasdaq? I can guess but whats the REAL answer.

Nice explanation and I would say this is accurate. The problem is what if anything can be done about this situation. Nothing. That is why they keep executing their business plan to a T. Frustrating to say the least. I am not saying nasdaq fixes all of this but at least it puts a cop on the road.

Thomas,

Excellent post.............but the question is will the SEC do anything about this and shouldn't a lawsuit be initiated against the brokerage house and brokers?

This fits in perfectly with what I was witnessing today.

a ton of stock going off between 2.3 and 2.38 mid day. One screen was my order book, another screen Level 2 data.

There literally was NO LEVEL 2 DATA for the share amounts when these "swaps" were going on between brokers, and they just walked it down under 2.3. I watched them signal to eachother through the order books as well, with the amount of share lots. (100 meaning "i need shares" 5 mins later, boom 2.20)... Really insane.

Really awful to watch a bunch of innocent shareholders (including myself) get taken advantage of by the brokers/market makers that we count on to make the market.

We need a real announcement from the company, or this will continue.

Thomas The way I understand your very interesting post is that a few brokers cooperate to influence shareholders psychologically to sell shares. They do this by creating a downtrend in the stock price by selling a limited number of shares short but in such a way that it has an important effect on the stock price.

Actually it makes sense for shareholders to sell shares once this train is in motion. Those who sold when the pps had dropped to 5 dollars could later triple their number of shares by buying shares for as little as 1.5 dollars per share.

It is important that the shorts are covering their short postions along the way. Therefore the number of shares short right now for instance appears to be limited and there is no reason to expect a big short squeeze. The shorters succeed by causing shareholders to sell a lot of shares because they get nervous when the stock price plunges.

Thomas .. from your extensive research
what is your estimate of how many shares are Naked Short vs Actual Short

as you know most major discount brokers DO NOT Allow Short trades of Pink Sheet or Penny Stocks - i.e. TD Ameritrade / E*Trade / Scott Trade - Cannot confirm Interactive Brokers

and any idea of how much these crooks profited from this ongoing conspiracy to Naked Short
