CEO Chris Barber, was a Wall St finance guy, and the link, I think, between Garnock and Matt Reid/Malcolm, who are based in Hong Kong.
Reid and Malcolm run Maximal Concepts, which designs and opens restaurants, bars, food and beverage. Very high end, well thought-out concepts. As you can see from their Mott 32 chain, which has branches now in Vegas and Vancouver. They also advise Dean and Deluca. https://www.mott32.com
Reid is a Brit, by way of the Bahamas, and his brother Duncan is running the UK wing, Disruption Labs Processing Ltd.
Disruption personnel have been top notch all the way since it started in Nov 2017. Disruption’s Chief Scientific Officer for the first year was Michael Fenn, PhD from Harvard Innovation Labs. They spent $2m alone on the RnD for Reset Bioscience, their nano CBD brand.
As Disruption and its new subsidiary Sante Laboratories ramp up staffing at their new Austin facility, we will get a sense of when the rest of the nano wellness products will appear. And most pertinently for Verus shareholders, who they will get to distribute them...
Like I've said before, I think some kind of deal, JV or M&A is on the cards. Until I see different, it's the only thing I can see right now that justifies Verus’s confidence about uplisting to a major exchange.

5 minutes later my credit card was charged from, "Disruption Labs Processing LTD"., In England. HMMMM. I likey!!
This summers action is just that, summer action. Been here many times, primarily as a forex trader and understand fully what happens when the investors/traders kids go back to school.
It doesn't make much sense to waste valuable PR's until the summer is over and traders are back at there desks. Hopefully by then the E-trade mess will be fixed. (I bit my tongue on that one.)
I don't post as much lately but I thought this bit of info was tilted in the very cool category.
